At 2 p.m. on July 3, a special tour to Zhuji organized by the Special Committee on New Quality Productive Forces under the China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology brought its delegation to Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd.

Distinguished experts and guests including Professor Wang Liming from Tsinghua University, Academician Yao Liangzhong of the European Academy of Sciences and Dean of the Smart Grid Research Institute at Wuhan University, as well as Professor Xia Zhongyi from Tsinghua University, conducted an on-site inspection. Wu Yangqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhuji Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor, Yuan Jianhong, Party Secretary and Director of the Zhuji Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, and Fu Yufeng, Party Group Member and Deputy Director of the bureau accompanied the visit.

The delegation first toured the corporate exhibition hall to gain a comprehensive overview of Oswell’s development history, core flagship products, industrial supporting services, project construction plans and production & operation layout. They also exchanged views and raised inquiries regarding the company’s practical achievements. Director Yuan from the Bureau of Science and Technology showed close attention to the enterprise’s scientific and technological innovation and R&D work, encouraging the company to further boost R&D investment and forge ahead in tackling key core technologies.

Afterwards, the committee delegation proceeded to the automated production workshop for motor stators and rotors, observing the full operation procedures of intelligent production lines on site. They fully acknowledged the enterprise’s advanced intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

This field visit enabled the expert team of the Special Committee to systematically sort out Oswell’s industrial development trajectory, and experience firsthand Zhuji’s sound business environment featuring livability, favorable conditions for business, openness and inclusiveness.
