On the morning of July 8, Lin Aiguang, Party Branch Secretary of the School of Engineering Technology, Jiyang College of Zhejiang A&F University, and Sun Huaijun, Dean of the School, led a delegation to visit Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. for special research and exchanges on university-enterprise cooperation. Relevant company executives accompanied the reception.

During the exchange forum, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on diverse cooperation channels including joint construction of internship bases, establishment of a Doctoral Cooperation Station, launch of customized order-based classes, implementation of the new apprenticeship system, invitation of enterprise mentors to deliver lectures, joint application for research projects, and direct campus recruitment. They shared ideas and refined detailed plans regarding joint talent cultivation.

Both parties reached a consensus that regular and in-depth university-enterprise cooperation serves as a vital driver for advancing integrated industry and education development. Such cooperation can not only supply enterprises with matching professional talents and optimize internal talent echelons, but also support in-service employees in obtaining vocational skill level certificates and pursuing continuing education, comprehensively empowering and boosting the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Moving forward, the university and enterprise will establish a regular communication mechanism, elaborate detailed implementation plans for all cooperation initiatives to accelerate their launch, and achieve complementary resources and win-win results for both sides.
