On July 8, a delegation led by Ms. Yang Huan, Vice President of Procurement, and Mr. Wu Hong, Dean of New Energy Institute from Foton Times Division of BAIC Foton, paid a visit to Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. for guidance and exchange. The delegation toured the company’s production and R&D frontlines and held in-depth technical discussions with the core management team of Oswell, laying a solid foundation for further coordinated cooperation between the two parties.

The delegation from BAIC Foton Times Division first visited the corporate exhibition hall. Mr. Cao Guanhui, Chairman of Oswell, gave a detailed briefing to the guests covering the company’s development journey, core business layout, market competitive advantages and long-term strategic roadmap. He highlighted the company’s key R&D achievements, technological innovation system and industrialization capabilities.

Afterwards, the Foton delegation toured all production workshops, including automatic stator and rotor production lines, flexible manufacturing lines, electronic control workshops, SMT assembly lines and stamping workshops. They observed the full intelligent and refined manufacturing process on site, gaining first-hand insight into Oswell’s well-established production system, rigorous quality control standards and advanced smart manufacturing capabilities.

Following the factory tour, both sides held a special technical exchange forum to share insights and reach consensus on industry-wide pain points, key technical challenges and priorities for industrial collaboration.

Going forward, the two parties will take this exchange as a new starting point to further strengthen technical alignment, resource sharing and industrial coordination. They will actively explore multi-faceted, in-depth cooperation models to jointly drive high-quality innovative development of the industry.
